Meghan Markle’s new brand ‘American Riviera Orchard’ that is reportedly set to rival Gwyneth Paltrow’s £200million Goop, is about to fully launch, but Prince Harry is being forced to “tag along” behind his wife with the brand launch, claims a royal expert.
Meghan’s official @americanrivieraorchard page has been verified by Meta with a celebrity-style blue tick, allowing Meghan to use her large following to promote her new product line and campaigns.
Meghan’s Instagram appears to be similar to her old blog, The Tig, which she stopped writing in 2017 when she was preparing to marry Prince Harry.
Despite the lack of information, the account has gained traction with many celebrity followers, including TV reality star, Kris Jenner following the Instagram account.
Royal Expert and author, Tom Quinn, told the Mirror: “The irony is that when it comes to the new brand Meghan is always going to be the front runner and Harry will tag along behind – poor Harry is destined always to be the spare, but this time in a commercial enterprise that would’ve horrified him 10 years ago.”

Prince Harry looking down
After leaving his life within the Firm, and stepping back as a working royal in 2020, Prince Harry has mainly focused on his charity work, particularly with the Invictus Games.
Harry and Meghan made a joint trip to Whistler in Canada earlier this year, where participants were training at the ‘One Year to Go’ event ahead of the 2025 Winter Invictus Games.
The royal expert also claimed after a life of service and duty, Harry is at risk of the “terror of having nothing to do”.
Tom explains: “Harry is especially vulnerable to the terror of having nothing to do – he will be pushing Mehan to include him as much as possible in what she does, but Meghan also needs the sparkle her royal connection adds to any commercial activity.”
He also explained how the Montecito-based duo “really need each other” especially since world sympathy is focusing on the Royal Family’s health conditions.

Meanwhile, The Duke of Sussex will return to Britain at the beginning of May as he attends a celebration of ten years of the Invictus Games. His visit is set to include a special service at St. Paul’s Cathedral on May 8.
It is yet unknown whether Meghan will join Harry for the visit. Royal author Omid Scobie, who penned Endgame last year, stated in his book that Meghan “never felt at home” in the UK. He wrote that Meghan “never wants to set foot again in England”.
Harry and Meghan have been estranged from the Firm ever since they moved to the US, and have only returned to British shores a handful of times.
They currently live in a Montecito mansion in Los Angeles, California, with their two children, Prince Archie, four, and Princess Lilibet, two.
Harry’s last UK visit was a whirlwind, swift trip back to see his father, a visit which lasted less than 25-hours, after Charles announced he was receiving treatment for cancer in a shock diagnosis. There is speculation if Harry will meet with Prince William when he is next in the UK, as Kate also recovers from her diagnosed cancer illness.
