‘I’m heartbroken’: Prince William and Kate Middleton’s close friend claims couple is ‘going through hell’ amid royal health crisis

LONDON, ENGLAND: One of Kate Middleton and Prince William’s close friends is “heartbroken” as she thinks the Waleses are “going through hell.”

Prince and Princess of Wales’ close friend and the designer who is responsible for several adorable looks of the couple’s three children – Prince George, Prince Charlotte, and Prince Louis – is distressed regarding the royal pair’s current predicaments.

Designer Amaia Arrieta recently opened up to The Telegraph regarding her feelings on the current health crisis pervading the royal family.

Royal pal is worried about Kate Middleton and Prince William
As Middleton is undergoing cancer treatment, Amaia Arrieta opens up, “I’m heartbroken at the moment. I think they are going through hell,” per RadarOnline.

“I hope they will be back. It’s really personal,” shared the close friend of the royal couple.

The designer shared her experience with dressing the royal children, saying, “Dressing the royals gives me so much pride, I really do care about how they look.”

She also recalled the first time she realized Prince George was dressed in her label. She said, “The first time I realized Prince George was wearing my designs, I was in Waitrose and saw the picture of him on the cover of Hello! magazine. That was a huge moment because they had been coming to us, but you never know if they’ll actually wear it.”

Arrieta further explained the “deadline” they have to maintain while dressing the royal children during special occasions like birthdays, weddings, and Christmas Day church services.

“It’s often a very tight deadline,” shared Arrieta, before adding, “We would do anything for them…the children always look amazing in the end.”

Arrieta also found Princess Charlotte wearing a checked skirt from her childrenswear brand Amaia London in the Mother’s Day photo shared by the mother-of-three in March.

The photo, in turn, provided fodder for controversies after six international agencies served the photo with “kill notices” after claiming it might have been altered at the source.

As the Princess of Wales has been staying away from the public eye since her planned abdominal surgery in January, the Mother’s Day photo led to further speculation about the princess’s health.

Shortly after the controversy, Middleton took blame and wrote on the social media, “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” before adding, “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”

Soon, before Easter, the princess shocked the world after sharing that she had been diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy.

Waleses touched by public support
Soon after Middleton shared her cancer diagnosis, they were flooded with messages from well-wishers from all over the world.

A Kensington Palace spokesperson shared in a statement per RadarOnline, “The Prince and Princess are both enormously touched by the kind messages from people here in the UK, across the Commonwealth and around the world in response to Her Royal ­Highness’ message.”

They continued, “They are extremely moved by the public’s warmth and support and are grateful for the understanding of their request for privacy at this time.”
