Prince Harry is displaying bold signs on his long-awaited visit back to the UK that the previously “restricted and closed off” Duke has undergone a major transformation.
A body language expert has taken a good look at the estranged Prince’s swagger during his somewhat fraught solo trip to Blighty and has revealed Harry appears to have blossomed, becoming “his most confident self” and feeling “very positive and proud about where he is right now”.
The Duke of Sussex, who it was announced will not reunite with his father, King Charles, during his visit, and is thought highly unlikely to meet with his brother Prince William and sister-in-Law Kate Middleton. He is sadly believed to be in the midst of an unresolved royal rift with his family.

Harry, who has a busy schedule of activities lined up, was spotted at Armoury House in London on Tuesday, May 7, for an Invictus Games discussion titled ‘Realising a Global Community’. This marks his first appearance since arriving in the UK.

The prince flew in from his home in Montecito, California, to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games. However, it’s been revealed that he won’t be meeting with his father due to clashing schedules. Despite missing out on a reunion, the Duke doesn’t seem to be showing any signs of disappointment. In fact, Darren suggests that Harry is feeling “positive and proud.”

Darren told OK!: “Harry appears to be his most confident self during his return to the UK as he prepares for the Invictus Games. His body language suggests he’s feeling strong, as we can’t see him using self-reassurance gestures – which he often uses when feeling nervous. He is seen holding his head up high, with his shoulders back and displaying a bold grin. He’s developed a lot in terms of his inner strength and confidence. It tells us he is feeling very positive and proud about where he is right now. He is in very high spirits.”
