I’m leading the fight to expose Prince Harry’s US visa docs – if he lied he should be kicked out of America

THE political insider leading the fight to expose Prince Harry’s US visa docs says the duke should be kicked out of the US if he lied.

Harry is fighting to stop the release of his immigration papers after concerns were raised over his visa application.

Right-wing group the Heritage Foundation is suing the US government for access to the paperwork.

Heritage argues that Harry’s admission in his memoir Spare that he took cocaine should disqualify him from immigrating to the US.

The foundation said that Harry must have lied in his immigration forms – or was given special treatment.

But lawyers for the US government said Harry could have made up his cocaine bombshell to “sell books”.

Heritage campaigner Nile Gardiner told The Sun’s new politics show Never Mind the Ballots that Harry must “face the consequences”.

He said: “Without a doubt, if you lie on a US immigration application, it’s a criminal offence, a very serious offence.

“Under normal circumstances, those individuals would be removed from the United States.

“It’s a deportable offence which is why Donald Trump recently said that he would take appropriate action if Harry had lied.”

In a GB News interview with Nigel Farage, former US President Trump said Harry “won’t get special privileges” if he is re-elected.

Trump said: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs.

“If he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action. You would have thought they would have known this a long time ago.”

The ex-president previously said Harry “will be on his own” if he wins a second term in the White House.

Trump said that Harry “betrayed the Queen” and that President Joe Biden had been “too gracious” with the prince.

He told the Conservative Political Action Conference: “I wouldn’t protect him.

“Harry betrayed the Queen. That’s unforgivable. He would be on his own if it was down to me.”

Gardiner told The Sun’s Political Editor Harry Cole: “It’s a very basic principle here.

“People must not lie on immigration applications – that’s a criminal offence.

“Those individuals have to face the consequences which can of course include deportation and removal from the country.

“So let’s see exactly what Harry put down on his application. If he lied, that is an extremely serious offence.

Donald Trump warns Prince Harry could be kicked out of US
PRINCE Harry may be deported from the US if it is found he lied on his visa application, Donald Trump has claimed.

The Duke is fighting to stop the release of his immigration documents after being hauled to a Washington DC court over his drug use claims in memoir Spare.

Harry’s admission that he took cocaine, cannabis and magic mushrooms mean he should not have been allowed into the US, the Heritage Foundation argue.

In an interview with GB News’ Nigel Farage, Mr Trump said Harry “won’t get special privileges” if it is found he lied.

The ex-US president said: “We’ll have to see if they know something about the drugs…

“And if he lied they’ll have to take appropriate action.”

Mr Trump was unable to elaborate on what “appropriate action” meant.

But he added: “You would have thought they would have known this a long time ago.”

Mr Trump – who will face Joe Biden in a race for the White House later this year – previously said he “wouldn’t protect” Harry because he had “betrayed the Queen”.

Trump said if he wins the election in November then Harry “would be on his own”.

“Normally an individual who lied would be asked to leave the country.”

It comes after Harry finally cut ties with Britain – after listing his California mansion as his primary residence.

The prince put “New Country/State Usually Resident” as America on Companies House filings in June last year.

Harry had previously listed the UK as his primary home – even after moving into his $14million California mansion.

The Sun revealed Harry backdated his US residency to the exact day he and Meghan were ousted from their UK base.

Royal experts suggested Harry, 39, was making a point after being “deeply wounded” by the order to leave Frogmore Cottage.
