Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been warned against reaching out to the Princess of Wales after the Royal Family issued a fresh statement on her health.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex seem ready to make a return to the UK, with Harry admitting he plans to reunite with his family after his father King Charles was diagnosed with cancer.
However, PR expert Ryan McCormick has urged the couple not to make any public comments about Princess Kate before their return to avoid speculation about her health.
Kate has been absent from the public eye since January following planned abdominal surgery. When her hospital stay was announced, Kensington Palace explained she would not return to duties until after Easter, but this hasn’t stopped bizarre conspiracies gripping social media.

Speaking exclusively to The Mirror, Ryan explained why Meghan and Harry should be wary of these whacky theories. “Harry and Meghan would be best suited to not make any public comments about Kate.
“Anything they said would be over analysed and if they were to wish Kate speedy recovery, speculation would run rampant about what is happening behind the scenes,” he told us. Ryan also said Harry and Meghan might win around the Royal Family by staying quiet.
He explained: “The Duchess & Duke can slowly begin to possibly regain trust from the royal family by doing exactly as they are instructed to do.” Ryan’s comments come after Kensington Palace issued a new message to reassure fans following speculation about Kate’s whereabouts.
A Royal spokesperson said: “Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands. The Princess of Wales continues to be doing well.”
An earlier statement read: “The Princess of Wales appreciates the interest this statement will generate. She hopes that the public will understand her desire to maintain as much normality for her children as possible; and her wish that her personal medical information remains private.
“Kensington Palace will, therefore, only provide updates on Her Royal Highness’ progress when there is significant new information to share. The Princess of Wales wishes to apologise to all those concerned for the fact that she has to postpone her upcoming engagements. She looks forward to reinstating as many as possible, as soon as possible.”
