Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been criticised for “warping” the public’s expectations of the Royal Family.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield appeared on TalkTV and blasted the couple’s “oversharing” of details about their private life that has twisted the public’s perception of what “we think we are owed” from the royals.
It comes as increasingly more people have been asking Kensington Palace to release more information about the Princess of Wales’s condition after the royal underwent abdominal surgery in January and is not expected to be back to royal duties until after Easter.
The Palace has not given out any more details or updates on Princess Kate’s health, apart from the initial announcement on January 17, one on January 29 when she was discharged from hospital, and another one last week which said the princess is “doing well “.
US-based royal commentator Ms Schofield said: “All she’s [Kate] asked is for privacy until after Easter.”

She added: “I think Harry and Meghan’s oversharing over the last four years… has warped our expectations of what we think we are owed from the British Royal Family.
“And that is not how a working British royal conducts themselves.”
The expert added: “I think health, grief, in a lot of cases death and children are off limits.”
It comes as a recent poll showed a striking divide over the prospect of another Royal Family announcement on Princess Kate’s health.
