Prince Harry to meet Prince William amid rift concerns
Prince Harry has been feeling useless since Kate Middleton’s cancer announcement on March 22.
When the Princess of Wales had made her health diagnosis public, Harry and wife Meghan Markle were not informed of the news beforehand, exposing the rift between these Royal families.
Soon after the brave video message was shared, the Sussexes uploaded a message in support of their in-laws and, according to Daily Mail, had reached out for sympathy privately.
Now, as per The Mirror, Royal author Dr. Tessa Dunlop has said, “Harry is the self-identifying Royal ‘Spare.’ And in the wake of his sister-in-law’s health revelations, I expect he feels more spare than ever.”
Concerned about growing tensions, Harry will be visiting brother William upon his return to the UK, which has been scheduled in May for hosting the Invictus games.
Dr. Tessa explained his and Meghan’s position: “No, they don’t have cancer. And yes, they have been publicly critical of the British Royal Family. But in our own families, how many of us hold back our feelings on the off-chance a sibling or sister-in-law might get sick?”
She is reported by Independent to feel compassion for the couple, who had quit the British Royal Family for a simpler life in America.
