This year, the worldwide celebration took place on June 16, and social media was flooded with heartwarming posts for fathers. Prince William, the Prince of Wales, also wished his father, King Charles, a happy Father’s Day with an endearing throwback photo.

In the viral picture, Prince William can be seen wearing a dungaree and striped shirt while King Charles sported a double-breasted suit. The photo also captures King Charles smiling and trying to pass the football to his son while Prince William is looking away with a smile on his face.

The official Instagram handle of The Prince and Princess of Wales shared the photo and wrote, “Happy Father’s Day, Pa. W.”
