Harry’s visit comes after he returned to the UK last week to mark a decade of the Invictus Games.

King Charles looking for security guard for Holyroodhouse
King Charles is hiring a new security officer for his Scottish residence, Holyroodhouse at £26k per annum.
A job description was shared on the official website for the royal household, explaining the role’s demands.
According to the website, the role requires the new officer to be a welcoming face for visitors, conduct patrols, maintain a safe environment, check fire equipment and to be a first-responder in the event of an incident among other important things.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle brought fun to the school they visited in the Nigerian capital of Abuja today.
Not only did they dance and play games with the children, but they also happily posed for selfies – with Harry appearing to take the opportunity to pull a silly face.
The couple arrived in the country this morning after flying over from London’s Heathrow Airport, where they reunited.

A royal insiderhas heavily disputed claims that King Charles refused to meet Prince Harry during the Duke of Sussex’s recent flying visit to the UK.
Speaking to The Times, an unnamed close friend of Charles’ reportedly said: “While it is true that the King is understandably wary about meeting with Harry, given the publicity circus that seems to surround all such visits, he did of course agree to see his son at the most vulnerable moment of his illness [back in February] and at very short notice.
“While he was hardly going to roll out the red carpet the moment this Invictus trip was announced, with doctors advising him to focus on his treatment and recovery, the idea that he refused to find space in his diary … well, let’s say recollections may vary once again.”

King Charles ‘met David Beckham but not Prince Harry’ last week
King Charles reportedly met privately with David Beckham after declining to meet with his own son Prince Harry.
The football icon, 49, met with King Charles, 75, for a “private meeting” on Friday to learn more about the King’s Foundation, an educational charity that aims to put people at the centre of designing their communities, The Times reported.
Meanwhile, the Duke of Sussex, 39, had flown in to the country celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.
Prince Harry attended a commemorative service, where he gave a reading, on Wednesday, May 8, at St. Paul’s Cathedral, just 2 miles away from Buckingham Palace.

Meghan ‘humbled’ to find out she is 43% Nigerian
The Duchess of Sussex, says it has been “humbling” to find out through a genealogy test that she is partly Nigerian as she met women in the West African nation on Saturday.
On her second day in Nigeria, where she is visiting for the first time with the Duke of Sussex to also promote mental health for wounded soldiers and young girls, Meghan acknowledged Nigeria as “my country”.
She added: “It’s been eye-opening to be able to know more about my heritage.”
“Never in a million years would I understand it as much as I do now. And what has been echoed so much in the past day is, ‘Oh, we are not so surprised when we found out you are Nigerian’,” she said at the event on women in leadership co-hosted by Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a Nigerian economist and head of the World Trade Organisation (WTO).
“It is a compliment to you because what they define as a Nigerian woman is brave, resilient, courageous, beautiful,” Meghan told the audience.
The duchess had announced on her podcast in October 2022 that she found out through the DNA-based test that she was “43% Nigerian”.

Prince William provides update on Kate at hospital visit
The Prince of Wales visited St. Mary’s Community Hospital on the Isles of Scilly in southwest England. An administrator at the hospital, Tracy Smith, gave the royal a tour of the facility.
“May I ask how Princess Kate is doing?” she said.
To which William responded that Kate is “doing well.”
When asked about his children—George, Charlotte, and Louis—William joked: “The children are very jealous that I am here… Maybe we might come later in the year.”
