“World-Class Grudge-Holder” Prince William Doesn’t Want the “Drama” of a Prince Harry Visit
Multiple friends say Kate and William are not here for Harry visiting them.
The royal family is dealing with multiple health crises at the moment—and there’s speculation that Prince Harry could reunite with some of its members while visiting England for the 10-year anniversary of the Invictus Games in May.But apparently, Prince William and Kate Middleton have no interest in seeing the Duke of Sussex due to “drama.”
Friends of the Prince and Princess of Wales tell the Daily Beast that the couple is not here for the potential visit, with one person noting, “Catherine and William have been very clear they want peace and quiet for them and the kids. A visit from Harry, with all the drama that would bring, would be the opposite of that.”
Another friend adds that, “They have come to terms with the estrangement from Harry, and are content to let sleeping dogs lie.”

Meanwhile, royal author Christopher Andersen tells Daily Beast the following yikes tidbit: “William is and always has been a world-class grudge-holder. Once he has turned his back on you, it’s virtually impossible to get back in William’s good graces. He has never gotten over Megxit, the Sussexes’ confessional Oprah Winfrey interview, or the hurtful things Harry said about him in his memoir Spare.”
Andersen also adds that Harry has “made several overtures of late—only to be met with stony silence” *and* that “William simply doesn’t have the time or the emotional bandwidth to try and make nice with the brother he believes betrayed not only him but the entire royal family.”
