WWE fans couldn’t believe their ears as the Monday Night Raw crowd directed a rather rude chant at Dwayne Johnson.
The Hollywood megastar is now back in the world of professional wrestling gearing up for a huge appearance at WrestleMania 40, and he’s surprised viewers by embracing a heel (wrestling slag for villainous) persona in recent weeks.
There has been a real changing tide when it comes to the way fans react to The Rock over the last month, and that was on full display during last night’s episode of Raw.
Early in the night, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes were addressing The Rock and Roman Reigns’ challenge to face The Bloodline on night one of WrestleMania in Philadelphia next month.
At one point, the World Heavyweight Champion couldn’t resist a cheeky dig at the returning legend, even taking a page from his book by branding him ‘Diarrhoea Dwayne’.
He said: ‘Diarrhoea Dwayne. Because everything that comes out of his mouth is wet as baby’s poop.’

It didn’t take long for the fans to chant ‘diarrhoea’ along with the crude new nickname – and we’re sure Dwayne is hoping it doesn’t stick by the time he’s back in front of a live crowd on Friday Night SmackDown later this week.
While the audience clearly loved the unexpected moment, not everyone was quite so amused.
‘Goddamnit Seth.🤦🏽♂️YOU HAD ALL WEEKEND AND THAT’S WHAT YOU COME UP WITH?! Might as well have called him a poopy head.😖,’ ranted one viewer, as another tweeted: ‘Seth man that’s embarrassing it isn’t even sticking.’
‘I know right lol, Seth should have just keep quiet and let Cody finish this promo. That was embarrassing 😆,’ wrote a third person on X, while someone else complained: ‘This is getting dumb and embarrassing. I’m used to it from rock but what happened to Seth? That’s the best comeback he could come up with?’
Some people thought it was ‘cringe’, but others couldn’t get enough of the lighthearted moment.
‘Seth getting a diarrhoea chant over is absolutely hilarious,’ said one fan, with another laughing: ‘We just had diarrhoea chants 😭💀’

It was a night of surprises, with veteran commentator Michael Cole impressing everyone watching as he paid tribute to WCW legend and WWE Hall of Famer Sting following his retirement at AEW Revolution over the weekend.
He said during the show: ‘After nearly 40 years the great Sting has retired from professional wrestling. Thanks for the memories. Congratulations to Sting.’
His co-star Pat McAfee heaped praise on Sting’s ‘amazing’ final match from Sunday night’s pay-per-view.
